Market Research

In hopes of attracting more clients, Fidelity Bank of Texas was striving to understand what factors influence bank choice among the Waco community. Through qualitative and quantitative market research conducted within the Waco business population, my team found insightful information and strategic recommendations and presented them to the Fidelity Bank team. As lead researcher, I led the focus group, survey questionnaire, and analyzed the data.

Campaign Creative Strategy

The Waco branch of Edible Arrangement sought out a community campaign to bring awareness to their store location and product offerings. As the Director of Creative, I created the campaign graphics, slogan, style, and strategic objectives for reaching the target audiences. I also worked alongside the Director of PR to find community influencers that best matched the campaign theme.
